We see eBusiness as a path to questioning and discovering the enterprise's intangibles. We also see it as a path to a better knowledge management. Our strategy in e-Business relies on communication and network logics. Whatever the organization's size, it requires a true involvement of the organization's team, adequate resources and a clear definition of the targets. An in depth analysis of the business, team expertise is needed. We must clearly identify the challenge. We must define the communication and advertising axis. These preliminary steps are necessary for the development of an efficient e-business solution. The Internet logic is user driven and media driven. We must keep in mind that each way, without the other one, may only lead to failure. The appropriate technology may only be decided once the needs are precisely defined and the technical specifications are issued. The technology alone may even be harmful: excess of cookies, a cookies strategy without confidentiality, a weak security, neglecting the user, useless and endless animations, frames or forced full screen only sign the lack of knowledge about Web rules. | ||||
